Still debiting my account while the loan is settled

I have recently settled a personal account from FNB and it's no longer showing on my profile but they have debited me the instalment even thought the account is no longer showing on my profile and the claim the reference is not valid. I have stayed on the call for more than 48 minutes from the loans department directed to the collections department then the covid loans collection and back to another collections where I was not helped
