Still cannot fix a simple request!!! FNB cannot link PayPal as promised

I am now sure FNB are being managed by a bunch of idiots. I am simply trying to link my PayPal account with FNB but I get an error message stating: "We've detected that you have a pending application with FNB and cannot continue with the current process until this is completed. Please contact 0861 (PAYPAL) 729725 for assistance" I escalated and called FNB without success. They've transferred me all over the world. They even directed me to PayPal... who cannot help me with this... I want to withdraw my $6200 USD and FNB is the only bank in SA that can make that happen!!! Yet .... they can't
