Still cannot access my rent money

My name is Lesibana Gadebe and I am a BCOM student at the University of Johannesburg. I design and print T-shirts to pay for my studies and now my account has been frozen with no explanation since the 22nd of September 2019. I spoke to a lot of consultants and none of them gave me a reason to this or was able to assist me. I need to pay rent together with my suppliers as I delivered to the customers that paid me.

Please fix my account or tell me what to do to access my money.
