Still awaiting letter of approval

I app**** for a business bond for R2400 000 about a month ago through FNB. Last week I received a call that I was approved for R1200 000, however I'm still awaiting a letter of approval as that was only telephonically. In the interim, Standard Bank contacted me, and after two days of submitting all the required documentation my loan was approved with the condition of moving my account to Standard Bank. I would like to state that I have a long standing history with FNB, I don't want to move my account but I am appalled by the behaviour of a bank that claims to give customer satisfaction. If there is someone that's capable of assisting their clients instead of holding them back from growth, especially since the client has been a loyal client for eons please contact me to resolve this matter urgently!<br>
