still awaiting feedback!

I sent an email to the premier suit in march.<br> I got a response a week later...... not good at all. The 17th the day I received the email Refilwe T***** said she was forwarding my request to the forex department as I have some questions.... Today is the 11/14/2016 and I am still waiting for the forex either to come back to me with my request or contact me to find out what my request is.<br> Its pathetic actually waiting so long and they advertise on the radio that its immediate response!!!!!<br> false advertising!
