Still awaiting a Response Email

After my first review about 2 weeks ago, I received a call from the person in charge of my ***** case. And she apologised for the lack of communication, and said that she will send me an email or respond to my initial email with my affidavit attached to it and till today, I have not received that email even after I have resent my initial email to the case officer. I know that my case is a bit complex as it involves other banks as well. But why have I still not received a response? And I still wanted to confirm her email address, but she was in a hurry and just confirmed my email..but still no email received as yet... Sigh..
