still awaiting

Last week monday money deposited in fnb atm in berea got swallowed up. All the relevant steps were taken by myself and i was promised by fnb my money will be put into my account in no more than 72 hours. That was last week Tuesdays. Its os now 5 working days later. They do reply to my emails only to tell me they are working on it. On Tuesday the berea consultant told me 72 hours and followed up saying they under promose but over deliver. Seems to me an over promise and under deliver as 72 hours long gone. I call in on Saturday and a Lady then extends 72hours and says it takes upto 5working days. Today they tell me tat is upto 7 days. Am i stupid? I just dont understand. How long does it take. As the machine has already beem serviced last week and only cash up needs to be done. Iv gone a week now without funds
