still a nightmare

we have had our house repossessed by FNB we have had out names on itc, we have asked for it to be cleared we got confirmation emails that it has been done but guess what the account still shows as open on the credit reports & we are still unable to go on with our lives. can we please get a letter from FNB stating that our home loan account is closed, closed so that we can hand this in wherever we go & apply for business
