Stick to Banking, Leave Insurance to the Experts
Through the eBucks program, FNB is able to "force" clients into specific products each year. I don't like this scenario but businesses exist to make money, so I can not fault FNB for this behaviour. But, their most recent decision to push clients into their insurance products is rather distasteful. Particularly given the fact that this insurance department does not appear operational at all... I requested a call 7 days ago, and there appears to be no form of life at FNB Insurance.
