<p>FNB is known for all there fancy adds and promises but yet again it is empty promises. I have moved to FNB and in the beginning it was good (+- OCT 2014). I went into FNB Fourways Tuesday for a specific letter on my company trust account that is needed to say that I run a trust account according to some law the goverment implemeted. After some phone calls I could see going to the branch was the only way to resolve this and again they had no idea what I was looking for. While I was sitting there doing nothing with my time and losing money (Something they promise you will safe), I looked around and realise that FNB is ******s, please think about this or next time do this yourself. I counted 14 employees ( 4 Indian and 10 Black people) NO WHITE, from the people sitting waiting to be helped there was 13 people (5 White and 8 Black), this made me think that why must I bank with a bank that is more intrested in Islamic banking then haveing a white staff member?????. Next I have a cleint I have refered to FNB for a home loan, now he is complaining and I was going to phone FNB home loans, when you google FNB home loans and contact them there is no phone nr at all they will phone you and you have to complete a page then hopefully a person will phone you back, now in the past when I did this with my personal banker to contact me the message reads within 24 hours, the last time it took them 2 weeks to phone me back and when they did I forgot why I asked them to phone me back. JUST SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT.</p>
