Steve, i want my money back,FNB keeps charging interest when I don't have an overdraft agreement with them

I was with FNB private clients and decided to move banks and decide to downgrade my bank account to a normal savings account. An online unauthorized transaction was done on the savings account for R1787 and the bank account had R709 on it. As far as I know that transaction was not authorized and was not supposed to go off on this date. FNB accepted the transaction and put my account on minus. The thing is I did not have money to pay for this or did not authorize this payment. I raised a dispute and asked them to reverse the transaction and I was told by Mpho Mokoena at their call center at 13:22 on the 1st of August that since I was a good client FNB accepted the payment even if I didn’t have funds available and I am liable for the outstanding balance. I told him that they should have rejected the transaction because I did not have funds available. He said unfortunately they did not and I am liable. I told him of the debit dispute and he further told me it takes a while for them to reverse it. I shared my concern on my credit scoring and bad reflection one my name. He said FNB will not damage my scoring as the matter is in dispute. To my surprise today, I see that they keep adding interest to the minus balance. I am going to report FNB to the national credit regulator as this is not credit I app**** for and it's not my fault that they taking time to reverse the debit transaction. I did not request FNB to pay the internet transaction and they should reverse this with immediate effect. They have charged me R50 for interest so far for 4 days. I will not accept this and they need to rectify this. This is the very reason why I moved to another bank. Steve, I want my money back and stop giving overdraft and credit I didn’t ask for and paying transaction customers did not authorize. FNB has ****** me of my money and now want to take my money. They are dragging the dispute because they want to make interest so that I don’t get my money back. Day light *******. Angry client!!!!!!!
