Steve had the right idea. FNB drops the ball all the time

FNB charges a ridiculous premium so that as a customer a person can chat with what is supposed to be a private banker or assistant. Not only do they leave you waiting, the drop out of the chat and when you do get to chat with someone, they don't bother reading what the issue is, they just refer you to another party. Who is going to pay penalties is SARS doesn't receive their payment on time? FNB should start taking accountability.
