FNB credit department! has been deducting money from my account, i do not have a credit card nor did i authorise for a credit account, you have been deducting money for 7years, i have been trying to get hold of a relevant person throughout the years, i was then told yoi would close my account, which you did. You then told me that ill get a refund only when i provide POE, but that freaken seems ridiculous knowimg that you do have evidence, i contacted credit department for POE, you told me that you cant disclose that information seeing that you closed the account. I emailed you POE but yet again your department failed to communicate with me ! Someone has been *****ing my hardwork money, dont you care, i have a freaken family to feed, ill rather go to another bank than FNB *****ling my salary
