Sterling Service from Nontando at FNB

I don't just post complaints. When I receive sterling service, I report that as well. I had a problem getting my new card to work. I was lucky enough to be connected to Nontando from Premier Banking Suite. She was very knowledgeable of her products and services and managed to get me going in a few minutes.
