*****ster of a Bank

There is R2000 missing from my bank account, when I reach out to secure chat I was initially assisted by some *********** Andrew who was patronising me and advised me that Fnb is updating they system, when I asked him what’s that got to do with my funds he didn’t answer and ended the chat!! Fnb is *****ing from its customers!!! I want my funds credited back into my banking account, next is a complaint with Ombudsman of Banking!
