We are often quick to complain about bad service, but not always as quick to compliment exemplary service.

I would like to express my gratitude to Mamela Magcida, an Analyst, who stepped up to the plate when my husband's banker was on leave. Not only did she assist us and relentlessly follow up, but she also provided timely feedback. She truly went above and beyond our expectations. Her problem-solving abilities, hands-on attitude, and client-focused service were truly refreshing, especially after a disappointing service experience.
