The rating is for the consultant whom assisted me so well at the Fourways FNB branch. Her name was Buhle Mabuza and she was absolutely superb when it came to both providing me with the information I had been requesting from the weekend prior via FNB's various digital platforms, as well as assisting me in resolving the issues I was experiencing with my account.
