Stellar service by a consultant

I went to FNB Boksburg where Zimele, one of the consultants went an extra mile to assist me after confirming with his manager. I believe he went above and beyond to assist with my concern, with a smile even. He is such a bright spark in that branch. Commendable service he gave me will never be forgotten!
