Steer clear of FNB Fusion account - will cost you a fortune!!!!!

So a couple of months ago I was convinced over the phone to change to Fusion And assured would not cost me more. Let me tell you- there are no benefits to Fusion!!! Only increased exorbitant costs for which not one single FNB person can Explain. Not even your so called private bankers. I have been trying since last week to get this sorted and still no joy! And then on Friday I politely get told by current banker Portia Phala that a new banker will be handling my account from now on - in the middle of an issue- which is still not sorted. Have you ever!!! I never get formally introduced over phone or email who my new banker is and then today get a response from new banker called Kiki to say that the 4 line items of charges are because I decrease my overdraft facility on a monthly basis. I have been doing this since last year and never had these charges before until Fusion came along! What a load of hogwash!!! I want these charges reversed- your staff assured me there were no extra costs to Fusion- this is a blatant lie and I want those recordings to take this matter further. I have had it with FNB! And I dont want this ******* Private banking acc as bankers are disinterested in helping me when I have a problem. I also do not want your useless ebucks nonsense. I want my account reinstated to what is was before Private and Fusion banking and all these exorbitant costs that nobody can explain! With immediate effect.
