Steeling - bank charges

I drew cash R2400 + R600 = R3000 that is the limit at ATM's for free withdrawls. FNB is charging me R58 for this withdrawal. I have called, I have emailed, I have logged a complaint on their website - many times and no help, so response. It is disgusting and daily light *******! They need to check their system! I want my money refunded!
