Steel the man on the streets money with no service and adverts to say they are the best. NONSENCE

I have an business account with FNB in Heidelberg since 2009. We as a business has grown in the past years to 'n good business, but it seems that FNB service got worse and worse by the day. I have requested several times at my Heidelberg branch that a personal banker must contact me to discuss our road forward, but in the past six month nobody contacted me, and when we went to the branches in Nigel, Heidelberg and Vereeniging we were met with the same problems. Staff that is not enough to service the clientele, so we have to wait one to two hours for someone to help us, just to realize that the staff is not trained to help us with our inquiries. We are seeing that all the branches is trying to snuff its customers to the outside ATM to deposit and withdraw money with no extra security guards to ensure there customers safety. I am fed-up to look adverti*****ts that say FNB is the best bank to do your finances, they are not! They are lying to the people out there just to take there money with no service. I am on the verge to change my finances to another bank. Be on the look out for the FNB boereverneukers.
