*****ing people’s credibility

FNB you are *****ing my credit status. Due to your laziness and terrible service an account which was settled and closed in 2016 already is still not removed from my profile. Even after I had to resubmit FNB documents to you as proof, keeping in mind this is documents that came from FNB. FNB cannot be trusted cause you called me and telling me you will fix this only for me to find out it was never fixed. What is your slogan again?? “How can we help you” really????
