First FNB delayed the allocation of Ebucks this month due to changes on reward rules for FNB Private Wealth customers. Instead of giving ebucks on the 8th of the month it was only allocated on the 14th! After a complaint the only response was....\we apologies for the inconvenience"<br> To top the frustration already caused they have incorrectly calculated my reward level and therefore dropped me from level 5 to level 3!
