*****ing my money

I have made a payment arrangement to repay my bond arrears and was told telphonically and received letters via post of my balance and payment arrangement end date. The payment arrangement was made with S Kenhai and she assured me that further legal action won't be taken. The letters received from her via post also confirmed my amount outstanding and an end date for May this year. Now I'm told by FNB that I have to pay another R4000 for attorneys fees!!! This was not discussed with me before the arrangement and now 1 month before I'm done paying I get billed an extra R4000. FNB is robbing their customers and expect us to just cough up any new charges that we're unaware of!!!! This is unacceptable and bad banking practice. I will take this to the bank ombud if this matter isn't rectified.
