*****ING MONEY FROM MY PENSIONERS MOM'S ABSA ACC WITH CREDITORDER LOADED AT YOUR INSTITUTION NOT FNB

*****ing money from my pensioner mom's account and refusing to assist. Somebody is deducting R1000 from my mom' s acc everymonth the First Rand number doing this is ***. I was referred back to Absa where she holds her acc but this is not a debitorder but a creditorder meaning this was loaded by your institution. I want you to investigate this as ***** this has been going on for more than 18 months that is the only statements I have. I want this stopped , you can contact me on ***. You can't call your call centre because you need an id number which I don't have because this person is *****ing from my mom's Absa acc. What number can you call to be assisted or is it fine with FNB that old people money get's ****** from there accounts.
