*****ing from their clients

They *****ing from clients . They debited and amount of R316 from my account and when I called them they taking me from one person to another and no one is able to give me a straight answer or explanation. The Query was made on the 22/07/2020 but still no feedback as yet. The gave me a 24 hours turn around time of which I'm still waiting even today.
