*****ing from clients
I tried to cancel my fnb connect package due to them attempting to debit my account on the 21st when i specifically told them that i want it done on the last day of the month. When the debit order bounces i then am charged fees which is wrong. I went to the branch and told them to cancel the fnb connect package and was told i had to give notice. They debited my account and when i attempt to reverse it i am told that it is a payment and cannot be reversed. I want my funds returned to my account today as i have emergency medical bills that need payment. Please contact me on ***
