*****ing from an FNB account

I am writing this on behalf of a semi-literate domestic worker. Several amounts have been withdrawn from her FNB account by someone else. Reporting this with FNB has not helped at all. The keep sending her to do affidavits with the police but nothing is done. This morning, during lockdown, she received an SMS about a withdrawal of money she's been expecting before she received the SMS af the money being deposited. This leads me to believe that the perpetrators are either FNB employees or colluding with FNB employees. That is the only way they could have known that money was there to be withdrawn before she even knew about it. And it will explain why they have been giving her the run-around instead of helping her to stop the *****. Trying to phone the FNB ***** line on behalf of someone else is absolutely not helpful either.
