*****ing clients money

A quote was requested in december but never added by me as client for rx8. Debit order went off this morning. Called to get them to fix and refund. They took money that is not theirs. Now they want to pass a credit at the end of February. I am now short on my other monthly expenses because of their mistake. This is rightfully my money and my choice if i want my refund or a credit. I asked for a refund from the beginning. The poor excuse is today was deadline for their debits. I only became aware of this this morning... my money MUST be refunded. This is open THEFT!!!
