After a long battle with FNB for ********ly deducting money from my cheque account for my credit card account. I lost my job and was unemployed since lockdown. I made an arrangement and stuck with it - fnb still took money on top of that - after investigation FNB found they were wrong and refunded just over R7k in July. I dealt with Roxy Govender . I stuck to my arrangement and again on 01 September and 01 October they took combined again R6k. I’ve been phoning, emailing all day with no feedback whatsoever. Not even acknowledging the complaint. Even emailed my private banker. Now I’m at a branch that’s also put me on the phone - still no answer so who will feed my family this weekend?
