staying with FNB does not help at all, been the client since 2014

i am an FNB private client, i have been with FNB since 2014, since then i don't remember FNB helping me with anything, i have bought 4 cars since then all financed by ABSA, i have app**** for loans but other banks approved me, my own bank declined me, i cannot even qualify for a temporary loan, not that i need a loan or anything but what's the use of banking with FNB while its not helping me with anything, i am paying about R1 000 every month in fees and interests, i think its time to switch to a bank that will cater for my needs. this is a waste of time and money, being loyal to FNB does not help at all, i have tried to build my profile with them but it never worked.
