Stay away from the fixed deposit accounts. They are a bunch of ******* and low lifes.

I am sick and i would like to make an emergency withdrawal from my fixed deposit account which i once did before. I need R1000 to go to the doctor and the fnb people even after messaging them multiple times they do not do the transfer. They are not even bothered to call me and process my request. They keep saying my query has been transfered but no one gets back to me. My condition is getting worse and i am actually considering the lawsuit route. I should be able to access my money whenever i can and these circumstances require me to see the doctor ASAP but i am being denied. I do not have anyone else to borrow hence why i am turning to my savings.
