Stay away from Private Suite!

I wish to formally express my dissatisfaction with the Private Suite offering.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against upgrading to this service. It has proven to be more frustrating than the Premier offering, particularly due to the lack of timely feedback and support from assigned advisors.

It is deeply disappointing that a higher-priced service results in a poorer customer experience. The expectation of improved service at this level has not been met.
