Stay away from FNB - They commit *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband cancelled a card, and got a new card from the bank. a week later money started going off the account, money swiped at toll gates. The account ended up in MINUS R2000. We reported this to FNB, and they refunded the money. (Not the interest). One week later, money from toll gates are going off AGAIN!!! AGAIN the account is running into MINUS.. Again we have to cover the interest. The bank is ******** us, by making loads on INTEREST! Why can't FNB stop the old card? Its been months now!!!! Why don't you care about *****???
