Stay away from FNB. Terrible terrible service

Terrible service from fNB. We noticed ***** on my mothers account now their pathetic department blocked my mothers account and she does not have access to any of her funda. I stay far away and cant help her. She is sitting in her flat without any food or money because they blocked her funds. I will be laying co.plaints on all platforms untill her money is released.
