Stay away from FNB student loans

I am done. FNB is going to lose me as a client. I've tried to be patient and calm down. But their incompetence has pushed me over the top. Firstly I was told by the previous consultant thay my student loan will go off on the 27th, which is incorrect, they start from the 24th to try and get the money, and as soon as its payday, its gone. Secondly, Ive had multiple fights with my payback amount and due to their \system"i cannot payback an amount less than R6002 per month. Which as a starting out professional first year working is impossible but they wouldnt budge and ive had to take up an afterhours job.This morning I wake up to have R7300 taken from my.account by the loans department. Which I did not approve! I have debit orders running off my account which will no not.be possible. The loams.department in FNB have no clue.whats going on"
