Stay away from FNB short term insurance

Oh what a horrible service FNB insurance is. Logged a claim, which was approved and close to 100k approved to fix my vehicle. An irrelevant service provider was selected (regardless of the number of times I brought to their attention that the fix has nothing to do with a Panelbeaters but a mechanic) and multiple times this Panelbeater provided a quotation trying to fix the most oddest things ever (ie. Replace lights which are working perfectly and not affected by the accident). FNB consultants decided to proceed with the panelbeater and paid them a majority portion of the approved claim then turned to say they are unable to fix the car because there are no funds and they then canceled the insurance. How are there no funds when they just paid someone who did absolutely NOTHING on the car because the car had no panelbeating issues at the time!!!! Pathetic
