STAY AWAY FROM FNB RANDBURG AND FNB IN General, BAD BAD CUSTMER SERVICE!!!!

Day by I keep wondering why FNB advertises to get more clients on board yet they are failing to retain the clients that have been loyal. FNB is not keeping with the times when it comes to customer experience, PLEASE Run to ABSA or Standard bank to avoid yourself a lot of frustration that I have gone through the last Month. FNB asked me to FICA my childrens accounts via, not to mention that this was done last year already. In trying to avoid the back and I forth, I thought a walk in will resolve all this, which I have always belived is better that replying email to a mailbox that is only accessed once a day. I was assisted by a Mokgadi, who gave me a list of everything I needed to bring for the bank to assist. As if I have nothing better to do, I was in the bank at 9am the very next day, you should undertsand the urgency based on the threatening email I got. The guy opened different window on his computers, scanned all the documents I had gone and told me all was sorted. This was on the 6th of March. Surprise surprise, I got another threatening email reminding me to do what I thought was already sorted. I thought going the same bank that assisted would be a better move, as the guys there would just say, mistake with the loading or even better, just waiting for to reflect, well, wrong!! Nothing was load and this time the guy I dealt sent me out of the bank quickly saying this can only be done online. I asked him why the first 2 guys never mentioned, Muzi the attendant just looked at me like I was crazy. Its either the team at Randburg FNB do not have a clue of what they are supposed to be doing or its a case of plain arrogance, especially that the branch deals mostly with the poor and lower class of people who hardly if at all complain of bad service. I am really disgusted with that branch and the entire FNB Bank customer service!
