Stay away from FNB private banking

I app**** for an extension of my home loan, this was handled terribly from FNB side and bungled by multiple people. The service was terrible and I had to chase people. To add insult to injury. I have a private client banking assistant but even though this costs extra the service was still terrible. Not worth your time especially the private banking.
