Stay away from FNB nav》car vehicle licence renewal

FNB Nav》Car is completely useless. I paid for my vehicle licence renewal on the 17 of September 2020 and today it's the 23rd of October 2020 and I'm still waiting. When you call them they tell you that their nav car people don't have a telephone and that you can only get them via email. Which i tried and it took them a week to reply to the emajl and then called FNB again then they give you a number to deal with a third party that they outsource to. Called the third party company ***) and it tells me it does not deal with GP renewal those are handled by a company called Carlicence which they were able to give me their number ***). Called the company and only thing they keep saying is your renewal is in process and we will call you back. No feedback from both FNB and Carlicence, they give you the run around when you call them. Now I'm here my disc has expired, grace period passed and need to drive to Cape Town for work. FNB is to blame for this mess I'm in, advertising a product that they can't deliver on. Stay Away.
