STAY AWAY FROM FNB LIFE!!!
I put in a claim for my insurance as I was recently medically boarded. They refuse to assist and just ignore me. Everytime I lay a complaint they send a reference number and end of story.
I submitted the same medical reports and MRI report to standard bank and they approved my claim after explaing that I do not have R4500 for additional forms to be requested. Standard Bank assisted me with the medical reports that I submitted and paid out my insurance claim.
Fnb Life does not respond or do anything
Please return all my premiums that I contributed to this insurance as it was pointless.
STAY AWAY FROM FNB LIFE. They will never payout when medically boarded!!
