STAY AWAY FROM FNB INSURANCE

Stay away from this insurance company!!! I had a claim for water damage which they said they will cover. They handed it over to an assessor - the sub-contractor came out and work started. I had no feedback from FNB regarding the repairs that will be done and all telephone calls are just being put on hold. No emails to Maureen Matlalepoo was ever responded to by her. Digicall Assessing Solutions did email me a breakdown of what should be done, BUT I have a lot of questions regarding the repairs. For instance, does the insurance cover new bracket for the cupboards or must the old ones be used. I was told by the sub-contractor that the one cupboard door will not close without pushing it, because the new door is heavier that the previous one. Never ever, will I tell anyone to go with FNB Insurance.
