Stay away from FNB connect they de***** their customers

FNB connect is dishonest and the biggest ******* out there. I app**** for a MacBook Pro 13.3 for an amount OF R1279 and received a macbook air I phoned in to confirm this and was advised that it is exactly the same thing so I opened ap the item and it is not the same this one I received is not what we bought and ordered and this can't do the same as what we wanted now FNB says sorry what system shows I have a lot of apple products and buy exactly what I need as I know what I want now we are stuck with a 24 month contract that adds up to 30000 and this is not what we bought I will be reporting this to sa consumer law tomorrow and open a ***** case at police tomorrow as FNB is unwilling to rectify this.
