Stay away from FNB Connect

This bank doesn't care about the clients. They only care about fattening their pockets. I did a sim swap and one agent from Connect who emailed me showed that there was an error with the serial number of the sim that was swapped. I tried to redo the sim swap on internet banking and they keep on billing me for sim swap. Come on guys, be serious
