Stay away from fnb connect

List is endless...

- No coverage, especially when you are any but pta and jhb.. - they tell you, you can roam of vodacom or other networks but then you are like a lower priority some bullsh#t.(very unstable connection) - cant even read whatsapp’s sometimes - *********** call centre, you log a problem today and wait patiently for it to be fixed and when you call back to follow up they either closed they case without it being fixed or there isn’t any log in the history.. - they have numerous times charged me for things I should not have paid for. - they have complete control of taking your money when you bank with fnb - I have had all these endless issues for more than a year and worst of all you cant get out of the contract without settling the full cost.

-The connect department have even admitted that they don’t have sufficient coverage in my area and that the problem is with them but FNB cleverly made two departments “fnb connect”(network) and “fnb devices” so now they allow me to cancel my sim card but I need to keep paying for the Iphone 7 that I got through the package deal.

Because of this I cant get a new contract with a new service provider because all contracts cost the same for cellphone and sim..
