STAY AWAY FROM FNB CONNECT!!!!!!

I took a contract with FNB online, they gave me a sim card etc. I put the sim card on my phone which includes 50minutes and 100MB. unfortunately im not inclined when it comes to smart phones apps and settings. My phone has been apparently updating apps in the background which chows data. i received an sms from FNB connect saying that i owe R1 560 which will be deducted at month end, i phoned and queried this as I have taken out a very cheap phone of R229 per month because that is what I afford. I phoned FNB connect and they said to me my out of bundle limit is R1 971 which is set automatically. I have never asked for any limit and to tell you when they deduct this R1560 i wont have money for food the whole month as FNB connect is not willing to make payment arrangements. I reached out to them trying to make arrangements and they said they cant help me.
