Stay away from FNB Business banking

I am trying to cancell a schedule payment, but I am struggling. I called *** trying to get help but I have been transfered 5 times already. I spoke to Pertunia that then transfered me to Shaneeze (Business Desk) and then she transfered me back to Online where I spoke Nigel that couldnt assist and then transfred me to Nioeel. I am really not getting any joy using this account. No one seems to understand the product at FNB.
