Stay away from FNB business banking

Fnb Business Banking is the worst! Rather take your money elsewhere where it is appreciated. My business banks with FNB and brings in an annual income of many millions. Despite requests to migrate my account to a platinum business account which I qualify for and should be automatic in order to receive one on one banking services and access better benefits. No one from FNB has bothered to even call me back. This after I took the time to go into the branch I deal with and speak to the business manager. It seems as though FNB does not value its customers especially businesses. Sorry but I will he closing ALL of my accounts and moving to a bank that appreciates it's customers and takes the time to actually assist South African businesses without us begging. Shame on you FNB.
