Stay away from FNB

Pathetic service from FNB Business banking. Logged a dispute on a debit order. Was told it will take 40 business days to resolve. Its been 51 business days and no one at FNB can tell me why. No manager contacts me even when it has been requested that a manager contacts me and nor does my business banker answer his phone. FNB is the most expense bank in SA and they think they can treat their business clients like ****.
