Stay away from FNB

I bought an item online, thinking that I was safe if anything should go wrong. Well, something eventually did. One would think with the FNB PURCHASE PROTECT plan and a private banker, they would resolve the situation. NO! The FNB purchase protect is one big fat lie. After submitting emails and evidence, all they are doing is stalling in the hopes I just give up and go away. I wish I could post the emails for everyone to read. Be aware that FNB is also unable to stop or reverse transactions. The transaction must first find it's way to the merchant and then it's gone. This thing of providing proof that you asked for a refund and emailed the merchant and have to wait 30 days is just nonsense. After all of that, FNB will kick the can down the road and you'll be out of pocket. Find a bank that has an active and working ***** department. Everything you read about FNB online is true. FNB is scary!! Stay away!
